Brendan is eating well and has been moved out of the isolation part of the pediatric unit. He had a great night last night! Mommy seems much calmer already.
Between Mommy, Daddy, and both Grandmas, someone is with him all the time. On Monday they will be running a few tests on his Kidneys to determine the cause of a urinary tract infection (very uncommon with newborns).

Hey Rachel!
I am glad to hear that Brendan is doing a bit better! Troy and I are praying for you guys! Hang in there! Jackson was in the NICU for 4 days and it was soooooo hard to leave him. I felt so incomplete without my baby coming home with me! He was inseparable from me for 9 months! We know what you are going through in that aspect. Jackson had some other problems (high levels of infection enzymes in blood, fever at birth, jaundice), but it was cleared up pretty fast. I pray Brendan's UTI clears up really fast as well! Poor little guy! Well, he is a cutie, and he is in God's hands! Hang in there!

I pray that the test can answer the doctor's questions and allow your new joy to start giving the the trouble of a healthy baby boy! Love you both :)
